Since I didn't seem to see any other posts with pics of how to do this before I went and did it in my driveway, I'll make one
First, make sure the car keys are in your pocket... you don't want your wife or kids starting it while you’re doing this
Then get all four nuts off the fan pulley. Pull the fan from the pulley and let it rest in the cowl (I couldn't get it out without removing anything else so said 'F' it and that's where it stayed.
Loosen the 3 bolts holding the fan pulley tensioner tight (see Pic). Don't take 'em off as I'm sure the whole thing will fall off and you'll probably be disappointed.
Pull the tiny fan serp. belt off after you move the fan pulley toward the crank pulley once those three bolts are loose. The belt will slip between the fan pulley and the fan/fan clutch assy. that is resting on the shroud/radiator.
Get a ratchet on that tensioner in the picture (left handish side of picture) and turn it so the pulley drops down toward the ground and you can get the main accessory drive serp. belt off. I pulled the belt off the water pump pulley because it was easy and my right hand wasn't doing anything since I had just told my buddy to 'Hold my beer and watch this...'
Make sure you take a peek at how the thing is routed before you yank it out... Or just look at the pic I provided again It will slip between the fan pulley and the fan clutch/fan also.
Put the new accessory drive belt back on like the old one came off. Put it on all the pulleys except the water pump pulley. Pull it tight like you are trying to stretch it on there and crank that tensioner so it moves toward the ground and gives you the extra little belt you need to get it on that water pump.
When it finally comes time to tension the fan belt (the tiny one) I just put a long screwdriver/pry bar between the crank pulley and the fan pulley and gently pried until the belt didn't have very much deflection, but didn't look distorted on the fan pulley (too tight and you'll shred it quick, too loose and it'll squeal when you start it cold and will help wear that bearing out faster with vibrations).
Put all the other stuff you took off back on... done!
It took about 15-20 minutes and 2 beers to do this job; your results may vary depending on how much beer you have.
