Hello I'm new to the discussion and new to the world of Suzuki. I have just purchased a 1989 Sidekick with a blown motor and am in the process of putting a new motor in it. Slowly buy surely.

i also have an '89 kick.
does yours have the 1.3L motor?
i'm sure you will have a blast w/it, as i have.
if you plan on offroading, be warned- you will be amazed at where you can go, and will catch the "bug" for mods.

Thanks rescott. I have 1.6 L and I am already addicted and trying to hold back on mods. I know they are amazing machines will hopefully have my donor motor pulled and in the shop to start tearing apart this weekend.
