Wet carpet on driver side floor foot area, dry on passenger side and rear floor. No crack on windshield for sure. Cant find trace of any water park on A/B pillars. I dont smell coolant when i put my heater to max but i do smell just a bit of coolant for few seconds only if i do full hot to full cold at max fan speed. I heard the heater core sits on passenger side right?
Thank You

Follow heater hoses into the cabin interior from the engine compartment. You then know exactly where the heater core is.
As for the leak; try removing the inside trim panel at the windshield edge. Get out a spray bottle of soap water solution and start at the bas working your way up the edge of the windshield till you see droplets forming on the inside.
If the windshield has been replaced previous it may likely be they used poor grade urethane or the prep work was not done correctly thus the seal to the body will leak. Commonly if this is the case the water will drip down somewhere close to the computer directly below the pillar.
Next option is reseal the leak with urethane sealer only not silicone as it will not last... assuming it is a water leak not coolant!
You don't mention model information else I could be more specific. Sad part is Urethane sealer will likely only be good for single use application and costs around $15.00 for a tube like you would use in a caulking gun.This stuff is not commercial grade so it does take a bit longer to set up.
Windshield leaks are usually found with symptoms of wind leaks and or rust formations along the edges or corners of the windshield!
Most likely you are also developing a heater core leak but you can monitor that to a degree if the winshield starts fogging on you on the inside you have a problem that is more urgent then you think!

Don don't know if your in the "rust belt"or how old your machine is ,but some of them get holes rusted through under the plastic cowl cover{below windscreen,under wipers}
