It might, but I'd ask GMan, he knows more about the interchangeability of the gauge clusters... including swapping the printed circuit if it is different.

nutpants , you are in Canada and need a speedometer in KM/H
while gsapien, is in the USA. His is in MPH; plus the odometer is geared slower to accomodate miles .
gsapien's cluster is a bargain when purchased for a USA 2 door built in '94 or '95.
SO THE PLUGS WON'T FIT! Note: for all readers, the sockets changed… in '94 and '95... to 13pins and 16pins per socket. While; ALL earlier clusters, used 10 pins & 12 pins per socket.
EVEN IF THE PLUGS DO FIT Finally, Guys... take a look at the first photo above. See where there are little rectangular protrusions around the stems of the Temp. and Fuel gauges; I F YOURS is SQUARE there, around the stems, then it may not be wired the same. I had to change 14 of the 29 wires in the plugs to match this "square version" of the cluster. (Even though each plug fits and has the same # of wires, THEY ARE IN DIFFERENT ORDER, when comparing these clusters w/ Rectangular vs. Square protrusions).
INTERCHANGE IS NOT POSSIBLE the units are built completely different so the templates will not interchange to compensate for the different body styles. They are made by Nippondenso (CAMI is not noted anywhere on the unit).
WIRING MODS THAT MAKE IT HAPPEN I have a list of the wires that need to be changed ....will save you hours of tracing circuits...
I'm glad I have a 2 door modifyed to use (and Test) these clusters with the square protrusions...

Today I pulled out the speedometer cluster (That I bought out of a '94 Sidekick 4DR) and checked to determine if changing the wiring template was possible instead of changing 14 of the 29 wires...
THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE the units are built completely different so the templates will not interchange to compensate for the different body styles. They are made by Nippondenso (CAMI is not noted anywhere on the unit)
This Statement is wrong and was EDITED OUT of my last posting.
"I will double check tomorrow and see if its just the wiring template or if the whole cluster is built different. I may need to EDIT some of my earlier postings about being able to swop the wiring templates..."
