To change the fuel filter, the Chilton Repair Manual says to disconnect the wiring harness at the relay to relieve fuel pressure. The Manual says that the relay on this model is under the dash, by the ECU, on the driver's side. I can see the the ECU, lots of wires, and various gadgets, but I can't identify the relay in this under-dash jungle. Help please!
If I can't locate the relay, is there some other step I can take to proceed with changing the fuel filter?

Me , i didn't removed the relay. I just put a pan below the filter an when i disconnected the filter gaz droped in the pan ... So i didnt removed the realy , and nothing explosed , wish that could help.
